  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The MarketSu.ai platform, algorithms, "Japan Entry Intelligence Platform™ (JEIP)," logos, and code are the property of Shintai Strategy.

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service to you.

  • Generated Reports: You own the rights to the specific reports and insights generated for your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Disclaimer) Please read carefully: The insights, scores, and reports provided by MarketSu.ai are generated using Artificial Intelligence and data analytics. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can make errors.

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee that the use of our Service will result in successful market entry, specific sales figures, or distributor partnerships in Japan.

  • You should not rely solely on our AI analysis for critical business decisions. We recommend consulting with professional advisors for final verification.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shintai Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
